An explicit, whole school approach to grammar has been adopted, so that our students gain essential knowledge and understanding of the functional use of grammar in Standard Australian English.At Chelsea Primary School students are engaged in a minimum of 10 hours English (reading, writing, spelling and grammar) per week.
